To celebrate the beginning of summer, Ānemi have prepared their most upbeat and optimistic songs yet; Sun Kids and CORELLIA. Since their first release last summer (2019), they informed their listeners that SWIM, their first EP, will be a series of releases narrating a story about society and humans. Every song they produce has a commentary hue, thus their new songs are part of the band’s concept.

Sun Kids, a hymn to diversity and freedom of spirit, talks about society’s impact on individualism using a danceable hook and a clever analogy. CORELLIA, uses a girl’s story as a metaphor for our never-ageing souls. Both songs, inspired by the Greek summer, are built around a bass-line and a melody that instantly make you dance and forget about your worries.
